This is the best available virtual CD ROM software for MAC. You don’t need a physical CD or DVD to use this virtual drive. Using this amazing software, you can write or delete files from virtual CDs. You can also use these CDs as many times as you want. These virtual drives are 10 times faster and efficient than their real life counterparts. On the Mac that has an optical drive, choose System Preferences from the Apple menu. Click the Sharing icon in the System Preferences window. Make sure you've entered a name that you can easily recognize in the Computer Name field. Enable the checkbox for DVD or CD Sharing. The Remote Disc feature of your Mac lets you use files stored on a CD or DVD hosted from another computer. Sharing discs If your Mac doesn't have a built-in optical drive and you need to use a CD or DVD, you can connect an external drive like the Apple USB SuperDrive. Everything goes fine until during the install process Mac reboots to install windows then: 1 2 Select CD Rom boot type: I can't enter anything because keyboard and mouse are unresponsive and I assume the correct drivers were not loaded. IMac is mid 2007 24' 64 bit (says profiler/other internal monitors).

I have a CD Rom on which is sign language lessons, but everytime I put it in my Mac it will open so that I can see the various files on the disc, but when I click install it opens a new window and it says 'requires Microsoft Windows to install this product'. Are there any settings I can change which would allow me to view the said disc, or am I just gonna have to resort to my old laptop. Ant ideas will be welcome, Many Thanks in advance, Sue xx
